What You’ll Be Doing- Design and implement research frameworks that address the needs of both B2C users and B2B SaaS customers.
- Plan and execute user research studies, including participant recruitment, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and feedback sessions for diverse audiences.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities across consumer and business user segments.
- Create user personas and map journeys for both consumer and business customers to inform product and design strategies.
- Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, highlighting findings that drive customer satisfaction and product success.
- Validate design concepts through user testing, ensuring intuitive experiences for consumers and efficient, value-driven solutions for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate research into impactful product improvements.
- Champion user needs throughout the product lifecycle, promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and alignment with diverse user requirements.
- Stay current with UX research best practices and support the team in adopting a continuous discovery mindset.
This role supports Datapharm’s strategic goal of creating user‑centric products that meet the needs of healthcare professionals, patients, and business customers, enhancing our reputation as a trusted SaaS provider in the healthcare space.
What you'll need to succeed Aptitude, Skills & Abilities- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into insights for diverse user groups.
- Ability to translate complex research findings into practical recommendations for both consumer-facing and business-focused products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders from both consumer and enterprise backgrounds.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- User‑centric mindset with a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
- Ability to mentor and influence others to adopt continuous discovery practices.
- 3+ years of experience in user research, with experience in both B2C and B2B research contexts.
- Understanding of healthcare systems and experience in researching healthcare practitioners as well as patients.
- Proven experience conducting user research using a variety of methodologies tailored to consumer and enterprise audiences.
