You’ll work closely with Partners and the Deputy Head, contributing to the department’s success and the firm’s overall growth strategy. From advising clients to mentoring junior colleagues, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and expanding the practice.

• Managing complex Private Client matters and delivering clear, expert advice
• Developing and maintaining your client / referrer base in line with firm values
• Supervising and supporting junior team members, ensuring quality and compliance
• Driving business development initiatives and contributing to strategic planning

• Qualified solicitor (SRA admission) with strong technical competence in Private Client law
• Proven ability to manage high-quality work independently and meet fee targets
• Commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in practice development and team leadership
• A client following or ability to build one is highly desirable

• Salary: £80,000+ per annum
