Are you an accomplished Residential Property Solicitor seeking a role with real autonomy, strategic influence, and a supportive culture? Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Surrey, offers the chance to lead on complex property matters in a collaborative, professional environment with clear progression and flexible working.
The Role:Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Advise clients on sales, purchases, leasehold enfranchisement, and shared ownership
- Manage complex matters including bridging loans, declarations of trust, home equity release, and unregistered land
- Navigate advanced stamp duty land tax and investment property conveyancing
- Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to business growth
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 7 years’ PQE in Residential Property law (UK practice)
- Strong academic background
- Proven expertise in residential sales, purchases, lease extensions, and shared ownership
- Ability to manage complex property structures and transactions
- Autonomous, strategic thinker with excellent client management skills
Desirable:
- Experience with newbuild and investment property conveyancing
- Advanced knowledge of unregistered land and lifetime mortgages
- Competitive salary: £50,000–£65,000 (DOE)
