A respected law firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Executive to join its Residential Property team in Leatherhead.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and well-established team.

• Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders
• Providing clear and practical advice throughout the transaction

• Experienced in residential conveyancing
• Conveyancing Executive, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
• Confident managing files independently
• Client-focused, organised and proactive
