We are a growing recruitment agency specialising in all areas of commercial business. We work closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions and are now looking for a motivated graduate Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and brand growth.

 * £25,000 - £30,000

* Leatherhead (hybrid)

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in marketing within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You’ll support day-to-day marketing activities, help promote vacancies and services, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with creating and posting content across social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

* Support the promotion of job vacancies and recruitment campaigns

* Help manage and update the company website and job boards

* Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates

* Create basic marketing materials (adverts, brochures, presentations)

* Monitor engagement and performance of marketing activity

* Support events, networking, and employer branding initiatives

* Work closely with recruiters to align marketing with business needs

Skills & Requirements

* Educated to degree level (marketing, business, communications or related subject preferred)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Interest in marketing, digital media, and recruitment

* Confident using social media platforms, especially Linked In

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar tools is an advantage
