Individuals with a passion for customer service who are energized by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment. Previous retail experience is not required; we will provide online and on‑the‑job training to develop the skills and capabilities needed for the role.

• Ensuring safety for yourself, colleagues, and customers in line with company policies and procedures
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in line with company beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock, and carrying out stock management tasks
• Supporting company offers, promotions, and loyalty schemes proactively
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
