We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to join our team, specialising in automotive parts. This B2B role is ideal for someone with 1‑2 years of experience in car parts or service advising, who thrives in a fast‑paced, phone‑based sales environment. Product knowledge and a strong understanding of vehicle components are more important than prior sales experience.

• £25,000 – £35,000
• Based in Leatherhead
• Great team working environment

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer service and sales calls
• Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate automotive parts
• Offer technical advice and guidance on a wide range of vehicle products
• Support customers by sourcing and suggesting suitable components
• Compare different product options to find the best fit for the customer
• Work collaboratively with suppliers, service advisors, and other departments
• Follow up on surveys or customer feedback to enhance the sales process
• Maintain detailed knowledge of stock, pricing, and availability

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a relevant automotive environment (e.g., parts advisor, service advisor, motor factor)
• Strong knowledge of car parts and components
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a sales‑driven, fast‑paced environment
