Manufacturing Operative – Free Spirits
Location:
Ledbury
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Are you hands‑on, reliable, and looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? We’re hiring Production Operatives to join a friendly, supportive team in Ledbury. You’ll be assembling quality products that have a real impact on people’s lives, and no two days are ever quite the same.
What you’ll be doing- Assembling products with care and precision
- Following clear instructions to meet high‑quality standards
- Preparing finished items ready for delivery
- Working as part of a team to hit production goals
- Experience in production or assembly is great but not essential
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail – quality matters!
- Team‑player mindset
- Early finish on Fridays – start your weekend sooner
