Communications Coordinator

Location : OCU Leeds Stourton & Yorkshire Water Bradford Full-time Fixed term 6 months

Yorkshire Water is seeking a proactive Communications Coordinator to help deliver clear timely customer communications across major clean water projects.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to support Yorkshire Water with the planning preparation and creation of external written customer communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment enjoys managing multiple priorities and is confident working with a variety of stakeholders.

You will play a key part in ensuring our customer communications are accurate timely and aligned with operational needs across multiple clean water contract partners.

About the Role

You’ll be the go‑to person for coordinating partner meetings managing communication trackers and ensuring customer letters and updates are accurate on time and aligned with project activity.

Key responsibilities
  • Produce customer‑focused written communications.
  • Organise recurring meetings with clean water partners (M Group SUS United Infra Galliford Try OCU).
  • Upload and update weekly whereabouts documents.
  • Log track and escalate customer letter requests.
  • Keep comms and engagement dashboards up to date.
