Data Input & Systems Coordinator

Role Description

Reporting to the Connections Input Services Team Leader providing day to day administrative support to Connections Input Services team to ensure regulatory compliance with our current license obligations under SLC
15 and the Competition in Connections Code of Practice.

Working Hours:

08:35 – 16:45 (flexi time)

Working Week:
Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.82

• Processing PoC Applications & Design Submissions
• Authorisations of non-contestable projects to Connections Delivery and other relevant departments.
• General email and telephone queries relating to Competition in Connections
• Supporting the CIS Team Leader with day-to-day operational activities
• General administration duties

• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
• Customer service experience
• Organisational skills to achieve deadlines
• Quality and accuracy skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team player

• GCSE qualifications – including English and Math

• Administration and Business qualifications

• IT skills and experience with using Microsoft packages, including Microsoft word and excel.
• Customer services experience both externally and internally.
• Administration and data inputting to a high level of accuracy.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
