Are you an organised and proactive coordinator looking to build your career in housing development?
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Development Project Coordinator to join our team at Leeds Federated. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of new housing developments by providing reliable coordination, administration, and communication across a range of projects.
What you’ll do:- Provide excellent coordination and administration support for development activities, including managing accurate data across our housing and project management systems
- Carry out research and investigation work for development and asset related activities as required
- Help manage project data, track progress and support compliance with key policies
- Assist with the preparation and administration of key internal meetings that involve development papers and schemes
- Attend site meetings and assist with property handovers
- Manage key systems and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders and provide timely support to help meet project targets
- Support customer satisfaction work, including surveys and managing defect processes
- Take responsibility for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with statutory and legal requirements and keep up to date with regulation and legislative changes
- Experience in a customer-facing service role, ideally within a housing association, local authority, House builder or similar industry.
- A strong administrator and coordinator who works well as part of a team and supports others effectively
- Strong communicator, able to work with a range of people and convey information clearly and professionally
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently managing tasks
- Good problem‑solving skills, with the ability to take practical steps to resolve issues with support from the team.
- Comfortable working with IT systems and following procedures
