Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries and requests. Support the coordination and tracking of project activities, ensuring timely progress and issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure approvals are obtained in line with governance processes. Prepare and update reports on project performance, demand forecasts, and workload tracking. Assist with vendor performance reviews and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help embed new ways of working. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects effectively. Manage and maintain shared project information using tools such as SharePoint and Confluence. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a project support or coordination role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is desirable but not essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. If you are interested, click apply now. 4744867
