A fast-growing healthcare provider is looking for a Pricing & Commercial Manager to take ownership of pricing strategy, insurer negotiations and commercial partnerships across their private services. This is a high-impact role working directly with the CFO to shape new revenue streams and strengthen market position.

• Build and maintain competitive self-pay pricing models.
• Analyse market trends, costs and profitability to guide strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiations with insurers and third-party payers.
• Draft and manage commercial contracts.
• Provide financial modelling and insight to support strategic decisions.
• Support new partnerships, including specialist and sports-related services.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements.

• Experience in pricing, commercial management or healthcare finance.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills.
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling capability.
• Understanding of the UK private healthcare market.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.
