Quality Auditor - Children's Social Care

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite auditing, UK-wide travel required)

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to represent our client in the search for an experienced Quality Auditor within the children's social care sector.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality, safe and compliant services across children's residential and supported accommodation settings.

• Conduct high-quality audits across children's homes and supported accommodation settings
• Assess compliance against regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards
• Produce clear, accurate audit reports and recommendations
• Support services in implementing improvements
• Work collaboratively with managers to drive quality, safeguarding and best practice
• Regular travel to sites across the region (3 days per week minimum onsite)

• Strong working knowledge of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Strong working knowledge of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
• Experience in auditing, inspection or quality assessment in children's social care
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Excellent communication, report-writing and analytical skills
• Strong commitment to safeguarding, quality and continuous improvement
