As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of client projects — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You’ll be the key contact for your clients, supporting their goals and helping shape strong creative solutions. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you’ll build trust across internal teams, manage work streams smoothly, and help keep projects moving with energy and precision.
What you’ll be doing- Leading client communication and building strong working relationships.
- Understanding client goals and briefing teams to deliver outstanding creative responses.
- Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects.
- Supporting strategic thinking with insight into client challenges and the wider market.
- Presenting ideas and updates confidently — both internally and to clients.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.
- Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms.
- A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
