The Real Estate group is one of the largest in the UK, advising clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. The team is known for strong market knowledge and outstanding service, with feedback noting its combination of technical expertise and responsiveness.
The role involves working with our national house builder team to help deliver Government housing targets. You will work with FTSE-listed household names and other developers, developing technical skills and commercial awareness through constant client engagement and relationship management, as you help clients acquire both immediate and strategic land for development.
You will support local colleagues and the wider national team and will have opportunities to develop your career to the next level and beyond.
Responsibilities- Work with developers, ideally house builders, to acquire sites for development; learn quickly and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in nurturing and growing client relationships through day-to-day engagement, and representing the firm at events and in business development initiatives.
- Provide support to both local and national teams and contribute to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
- Experience working with developers, ideally house builders, in acquiring sites for development is preferred.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to engage with clients and participate in business development.
