Propel is excited to be partnered with a global Executive Search firm, with presence in the UK, USA and APAC, who are looking for a Sales Director to join their board. This role will partner alongside the CEO and COO, to work with the Sales Managers and Consultants on driving revenue, maximising opportunities and optimising the relationships between sales and growth functions.

This role will be based in Leeds (relocation support can be provided), with travel to additional offices required on occasion. You must have recruitment experience to be considered for this opportunity.

As the Sales Director, you will be part of the Board of Directors, working alongside the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership team to drive revenue, growth and synergy across the global business. You will work collaboratively with the stakeholders across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver on their 2030 vision. You will be able to confidently communicate the vision, forecast sales, strategies for market growth and lead the sales function.
