We are looking for a Warranty Manager to cover maternity leave starting March 2026 (with some handover in February). This is a fixed‑term contract until March 2027, offering a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our global operations.

• Take full ownership of warranty claim deliverables, including hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage claims under Sulzer’s Global Claims Management Process, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
• Initiate root cause investigations, validate claims, and protect Sulzer’s contractual and financial position.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful claim resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitisation, and automation within the warranty function.

• Experience in claims management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to act independently.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.
