Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, invites you to join our Sales Team based in the UK and Ireland as a Bid Coordinator. In this role you will help secure new business opportunities by crafting compliant and compelling proposals aligned with our strategic sales objectives.

What you’ll achieve

As a Bid Coordinator you will assist two Senior Bid Managers in managing day‑to‑day bid activities across the UK and Irish healthcare software market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams – Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Delivery – to develop high‑quality responses to public and private sector healthcare tenders (e.g., NHS procurement frameworks, OJEU notices, G‑Cloud).

Responsibilities
  • Manage bid portal and send out pipeline notifications while tracking opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
  • Work with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Prepare and review bid documents, including proposals, presentations and contracts.
  • Maintain and update bid documentation and records.
  • Monitor and track bid progress and deadlines.
  • Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.
  • Maintain and enhance a bid library of standard answers, case studies, CVs and company information to improve efficiency and consistency.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commercial awareness.
