We’re offering places for a 24-month Account Management Apprenticeship
, starting in March 2026
, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience, real responsibility and a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship all while both learning, and earning!

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that helps businesses grow from exciting start‑ups to well‑known brands. You don’t need experience, just the motivation and desire to learn and make a difference! We’ll give you the training, mentoring and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting client accounts and helping build strong relationships
• Learning how to track performance and share results
• Assisting with growth plans and spotting new opportunities
• Helping with account queries and problem‑solving
• Keeping records up to date using our CRM system
• Working with experienced Account Managers and other teams
• Learning about EVRi’s services and how we deliver great customer experiences
• Taking part in our EVRi Emerging Talent Development Programme

What We’re Looking For

• GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above in English, Maths and Science, plus three non‑core subjects at Grade 5 or above
• A positive, friendly attitude and confidence talking to people
• Curiosity and a real desire to learn new skills
• Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle tasks
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and writing emails
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• No experience needed just enthusiasm and commitment
• An interest in business, e‑commerce or how companies grow

You’ll be based from our Leeds (Morley) office, and onsite at least 3 days a week. You’ll need to live within one hour’s travel to make that work. Salary is £24,000 plus benefits.
