Overview Of

The Role

Come and join our growing team of inspirational, ambitious and digitally-enabled innovation consultants working on Transport, Energy and Water projects throughout the UK. Reporting to our Innovation Managing Consultant you work within a project team designing innovation systems and delivering innovation initiatives for our clients working with our domain experts in engineering, environment & social whilst drawing from our innovation management playbook.

You will also have the opportunity to work across our Business Change portfolio on projects for transformation and digital initiatives. We offer innovation training and coaching to the latest innovation management methodologies and digital training through AI Studio using Copilot, best in class learning and development initiatives and a dedicated mentorship program.

Candidate specification Essential:

• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous roles, internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
• Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
• Degree qualified in technical or business discipline
