Site Agent

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee heavy civils and structural works on a major infrastructure programme in Leeds. This is a long-term, 12-month contract operating outside IR35 with competitive day rates available.

Role Responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day site operations across heavy civils and structural activities

* Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery

* Ensure adherence to all health and safety procedures, RAMS and quality standards

* Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives

* Oversee programme delivery, cost control, site documentation and reporting

* Drive progress to ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budget

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Agent on heavy civils or structural projects

* Strong knowledge of concrete works, bridges, retaining structures or similar civils packages

* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred

* Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills

* Ability to start immediately or at short notice
