Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-end office fit outs and refurbishments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are key? If so, we want to hear from you.
My client are a well-established, reputable fit-out contractor seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee premium commercial projects across Leeds. You’ll be leading on-site operations, ensuring exceptional standards, and maintaining strong communication with trades, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the day-to-day site operations on high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m+
* Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Maintaining excellent health & safety compliance across site
* Building and sustaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
* Coordinating trades, logistics, and site resources efficiently
* Providing clear, timely communication and reporting to senior management
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment (high-end projects preferred)
* A proactive, agile individual who thrives under pressure
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and on-site best practice
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
