My client are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Building Design Practice in Leeds, supporting a broad range of exciting projects across the North region.
 
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying services across a variety of sectors, including education, local government, healthcare, and infrastructure.

You will be:

· Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management services

· Undertaking condition and measured surveys, defect analysis, and professional reports

· Managing projects from design through to delivery, including small to medium-scale refurbishments

· Performing Contract Administration duties using JCT and NEC contracts

· Supporting repeat business and contributing to new business development

· Working closely with high-profile public and private sector clients
 
You will need have the following:

· Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)

· Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) - or working towards chartership

· Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across all levels

· Experience with public sector bodies (e.g., local authorities or government agencies) is desirable
