Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leeds Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business in the Leeds area
, delivering high-quality office and residential fit‑out projects
.
- Full commercial management from pre‑construction through to final accounts
- Preparing and managing budgets, valuations, and variations
- Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure commercial control
- Providing support and guidance to junior members of the commercial team
- Demonstrable experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
- Proven background in office or residential fit‑out projects
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
