Head of Video Financial Services £Negotiable Basic DOE, Plus Great Benefits and Bonus Lancashire/WFH - Hybrid

The Role Due to growth of an in-house marketing and digital team, this is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a quickly growing financial services company as Head of Video. As Head of Video you will be highly skilled with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of camera and lighting . You will be working on projects such as extreme sports and adventure content, Mountaineering and outdoor expeditions, Podcasts (video and audio-led formats), Interviews and long-form conversations, User generated content (UGC), Short-form and short CTA videos.

The Company A very quickly growing and ambitious Financial Services business operating in a niche industry with a track record of success. Due to continued growth they are looking to bring in house their digital and marketing requirements. Your Profile Youll have proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of high quality work. This role would suit someone used to working to a high standard, with a confident editorial voice and clear stylistic ideas.

Experience shooting your own material is a necessity, and experience as a self-shooting Producer/Director (PD) is especially valuable. Youll have an excellent understanding of camera operation, lighting, and visual composition and the ability to develop and execute creative concepts. Youll have experience with Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
