The Role This is a senior-level design role within an in-house creative team, responsible for delivering high-quality visual output across digital and print channels.

The role will suit an experienced designer who combines strong creative execution with the confidence to support and guide others, acting as a senior point of reference within the team. You will work closely with marketing, technical and international teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned creative assets that support product, marketing and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities Create engaging, multi-channel design assets with a strong focus on digital output Act as deputy to the Design Team Manager, supporting workload coordination and creative standards Produce artwork for UK and international product labelling and supporting materials Develop high-quality offline and online marketing collateral Liaise with technical, NPD and international marketing teams to deliver accurate, compliant artwork Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac Ensure packaging and labelling meets relevant statutory and regulatory requirements Uphold and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials Manage accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems Liaise with external agencies, printers and suppliers as required Key Skills Strong digital design capability Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Excellent layout, typography and visual communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience Required Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior or similar graphic design role Experience working across both digital and print design Proven experience producing artwork for regulated or technical products Domain Experience In-house creative or design team environment Product-led, regulated or technical industries B2B or professional services marketing environments Additional Information Full-time, on-site role based in Lytham St Annes Occasional travel to other sites may be required Standard working hours are Monday to Friday As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, Linked In and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
