HSBC UK Digital Product & Design team seeks a Senior Design Researcher to shape mobile experiences across HSBC UK, first direct and M&S Bank. You will plan, conduct and synthesize research to embed customer needs at every stage of product and service design.
Collaborating with designers, product managers, analytics specialists and engineers, you’ll ensure insights are actionable and drive improvements in mobile journeys across three brands. This role is hybrid with three days in Leeds.
