Our client, a well-established and growing organisation with over two decades of success in their sector, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team based just south of Leeds city centre. - The Role

This is a varied position combining customer service, coordination and light production tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate guidance and exceptional support. Typical responsibilities include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and video calls

Understanding client requirements and advising on processes

Supporting the production of bespoke products using in-house systems

Ensuring a high-quality service is delivered at every touchpoint

Contributing to general office duties as part of a small, friendly team

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both people-focused work and practical tasks, and who takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Customer Service Advisor - About You

We are looking for a candidate who is personable, proactive and commercially aware. The ideal applicant will have:

Some previous experience in a customer service or office-based role

Strong communication skills and a supportive, customer-first approach

Good numeracy and general commercial awareness

A “hands-on” attitude and willingness to get involved in day-to-day tasks

Confidence using computers, web-based tools and MS Office

The ability to work well under light pressure while maintaining accuracy

A-Level qualifications are preferred, and a degree is welcomed but not essential.

Customer Service Advisor - What’s on Offer

£24,000 starting salary

37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday (9:00–17:00)

22 days’ holiday + bank holidays
