Customer Service Specialist – Danish & English Support (SAS Airlines, Warsaw)

Concentrix is expanding rapidly in the Nordic market. We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists who can communicate in Danish and English to support our SAS team in Warsaw.

This mid‑level role is based at Aleja Solidarności 171, Warsaw. Concentrix offers relocation support to help you settle in smoothly.

• 🤝 Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
• ✈️ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services.
• 🔍 Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
• 🌐 Assist customers with travel‑related issues.

• 🇩🇰🇬🇧 Proficiency in Danish and English (C1 level preferred, but and skills can make a difference).
• 😊 A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
• 📚 Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
