Our Teams

As a Customer Service Executive at Zenith, you will join one of three specialist divisions, each dedicated to providing friendly support to our customers, including some of the UK's largest blue‑chip companies.

  • Corporate Division:
    We provide company cars, light commercial vehicles, salary sacrifice schemes, and short‑term rentals to corporate customers– all supported by our expert in‑house teams specialising in fleet, accident, and customer management, ensuring tailored solutions and first‑class service for every customer.
  • Commercial Division:
    We support operators of LGVs, HGVs, and trailers by offering fleet management, maintenance, funding, rental, and flexible hire solutions. Trusted by major grocery and parcel delivery companies, our teams provide 24/7 support to keep fleets on the road and running smoothly.
  • Consumer Division:
    We deliver a fully digital car leasing experience, we support customers from initial enquiry and new vehicle orders through to servicing and repairs. Our industry‑leading digital brand, Zen Auto, along with our expanding White Label solutions empower partners to offer branded leasing options to their own customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your team, you could be:

  • Handling a wide variety of telephone and email enquiries, responding promptly and compassionately to breakdowns, defects, and repairs for our commercial fleet to ensure customers are back on the road without delay.
  • Managing your own portfolio of corporate customers as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor, supporting them with everything from new vehicle orders and pricing to ongoing in‑life vehicle operations.
  • Supporting our drivers by arranging services, MOTs, and repairs, as well as assisting them through unexpected breakdowns with care and reassurance.

You will be at the heart of our customer service operation, providing support, managing essential administrative tasks, and building strong relationships through your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
