Job Description
I’m working with a growing, experience‑led travel platform who are looking for an Account Executive to join their team. This role blends customer service, member engagement, and travel coordination, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and creating genuinely memorable experiences for customers.
As the Account Executive, you’ll become the go‑to contact for members : guiding them through onboarding, supporting them with their travel plans, and keeping them engaged throughout their journey. You’ll also maintain strong day‑to‑day relationships with travel suppliers, from securing exclusive member perks to ensuring smooth, accurate fulfilment.
There’s a nice mix of service, sales awareness, and process ownership here, ideal for someone who loves people just as much as they love staying on top of the detail.
What you’ll be doing- Convert prospective members by handling pre‑sale enquiries across phone, chat and email.
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome to every new member and maintain regular touchpoints throughout their membership.
- Profile travel preferences so you can reach out at the right times and keep members engaged and booking frequently.
