We are offering a basic salary between £35,000 & £39,800 depending on experience plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
• Upsell additional products and follow‑up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
• Maintain customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
