Are you an experienced Design Coordinator within the construction sector looking for an exciting new challenge working on bespoke commercial and residential fit out/refurbishment projects?

My clients are market leaders at bringing vacant spaces to life and ensuring designs improve productivity and well being. Their commercial process starts with workspace consulting, space planning and design and finishes with consistently high quality project delivery.

As a Design Coordinator, you will be working on a range of office fit outs/refurbishments and office-to-residential conversions with values up to £25m, providing a unique turnkey solution. Sitting in the Design team, you will be working closely with the project teams consisting of in-house planners, architects, and quantity surveyors to ensure a superior client outcome and experience.

The role will involve overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final delivery, and you will be expected to provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project life cycle.

My clients' office is located in Leeds. However, the role would require national travel to visit projects.

• 2-3 years experience working for a construction main contractor
• Relevant Design/Architecture related qualification or degree
• Valid UK Driving License
• Strong understanding of design principles and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
