About the PracticeOulton Medical Centre is a well‑established GP practice, serving a diverse population of approximately 15,200 patients in the Leeds 26 area. We operate across two sites (Oulton and Rothwell) and have a multidisciplinary team including GPs, ANPs, practice nurses, HCAs, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists and dedicated admin staff. We are committed to high‑quality, patient‑centred care while promoting a healthy work‑life balance for staff.
Responsibilities- Managing a range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions
- Providing telephone, online, and face‑to‑face consultations
- Supporting long‑term condition management
- Home visits when required
- Contributing to clinical governance, QOF achievement, and practice development
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice and PCN team
Essential
- MRCGP Qualification
- General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
- Full GMC Registration
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
- Registered on the NHS England medical performers list
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using clinical IT systems and embracing technology
- Strong clinical skills with an evidence‑based approach to patient care
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Desirable
- Experience of working within a busy practice alongside a multi‑disciplinary team
Pay scheme:
Salary depends on experience.
Contract:
Permanent.
Working pattern:
Part‑time (4–5 Sessions).
