A top-tier, award-winning UK consultancy is growing its Leeds office and looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to take a technical lead role across major infrastructure projects.

This is perfect for an experienced engineer who wants more autonomy, project ownership, and the opportunity to work on high-profile schemes ranging from multi-million-pound residential developments to large commercial projects.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for:
Leading infrastructure design (highways, drainage, levels, external works)
Producing and reviewing detailed designs and technical outputs
Managing Section 38, 278 and 104 technical submissions
Liaising with clients, contractors and internal multi-disciplinary teams
Overseeing quality and supporting junior engineers
Continuing hands-on design while owning key project deliverables

What You’ll Need:

Several years of UK consultancy experience
Strong technical capability in AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Micro Drainage/PDS
Experience delivering complex infrastructure schemes
Ability to take responsibility for design output & client communication
A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor others
