We typically work hand‑in‑hand with our clients to develop new Quality Engineering strategies or improve their existing processes. To do this, we need experienced, capable Quality Engineers who can both deploy their own mastery to get things done hands‑on and successfully lead others in doing so.

Work with clients to develop or improve Quality Engineering strategies.

Deploy mastery and lead others in practice to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Passion for improving quality, productivity and software delivery.
• Several years defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing.
• Comfortable working with at least one object‑oriented programming language (Java, C#, Type Script, Python, etc).
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI or evidence of actively pursuing personal GenAI projects.
• Familiar with testing within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Excellent collaboration skills—able to work egoless with colleagues regardless of experience level.
• Comfortable with change and eager to learn new technologies and practices.
