Senior Civil / Structural Engineer Engineering Consultancy Leeds (Hybrid)

Now expanding their presence in Leeds, theyre looking for a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to take ownership of local project delivery, support business development, and mentor junior engineers.
What Youll Be Doing- Leading and delivering small to medium-sized civil and structural engineering projects across a range of sectors
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers, providing technical oversight and professional development support
- Meeting clients, defining project scopes, preparing proposals, and supporting business growth in the region
- Carrying out structural surveys, assessments, reporting, and contract administration
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standardon time, within budget, and in line with regulations
- Degree-qualified Civil or Structural Engineer (ideally Chartered, or working towards CEng with ICE or IStruct
E) - Strong experience with building structures, structural assessments, and refurbishment projects
- Background in project delivery with minimal supervision and a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working across design software, reporting, and contract administration (familiarity with JCT preferred)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentoring
- Commercially aware, with good knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
