As Service Line Director you will work collaboratively with Atkins

Réalis technical teams to drive thought leadership across Atkins

Réalis and the industry - enabling technical best practice, knowledge sharing and process optimisation across the group. It is a role that brings together deep technical expertise with the relationship building skills required to develop relationships externally and internally.

• Develop technical expertise with a focus on creating the depth of capability to deliver value to our clients now and in the future.
• Build lasting and durable strategic partnerships with the client, adding significant Atkins

• Drive thought leadership, technical best practice, knowledge sharing, and process standardisation and optimisation across the discipline group.
• Cultivate strong links to academia.
• Act as Project Director on projects within technical field as required.
• Ensure that the business has appropriate and robust technical leadership in place to assure the technical excellence of the work we do.

• A recognised industry leader in the field of Desalination.
• Demonstrates a commitment for innovation – motivates and inspires others to collaborate and develop best practice.
• Experience of developing strategic relationships with clients, adding value through innovation and enhancing services lines.
• Client centric - deep understanding client needs now, and the likely market direction, their opportunities and challenges with a track record of delivery.
• Confident and influential in engaging with regulatory bodies and professional institutions, demonstrating experience of building effective networks both internally and externally.
• Strong collaborative and network behaviours to interface with other disciplines and businesses.

We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants with a default 25‑days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that leave. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
