Temporary Works Designer

Responsibilities

Develop and manage temporary works designs in accordance with relevant standards.

Liaise with site teams, engineers, and external designers to ensure designs meet practical and project-specific requirements.

Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for temporary works schemes.

Provide design checks and approvals in line with company procedures and TW management systems.

Support the Temporary Works Coordinator, and contribute to risk assessments and method statements

Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).

Ideally Chartered or working towards chartership (ICE, IStruct

E, etc.).

Proven experience in temporary works design within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

This wil be a hybrid role, whereby the candidate can work from the clients either Leeds, Warringtion or Birmingham offices 3 days a week, and 2 ally the suitable and successful candidat will live within 1.5 hours from one of these offices.

Competitive salary + benefits package - Salary varying from £50,000 - £70,000 DOE (from Temporary works designer to Senior Temporary Works Designer)
