A Chartered Principal Structural Engineer is required by this sought after Consultancy with offices in West and North Yorkshire.

As a principal engineer you will lead project delivery and oversee schemes working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure that budgets are met and projects are delivered on time. You will call upon your years of experience in your day‑to‑day duties which include : continuing and developing projects, overseeing designs from feasibility through to completion and monitoring resources and finances. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills to positively inspire a successful team who are consistently meeting deadlines and delivering a quality service to their clients.

To be considered for this role, you will possesses the necessary civil or structural engineering degree and be Chartered through the ICE or IStruct

You will have proven experience of managing project delivery and providing support to the wider organisation.

You will possess knowledge of relevant UK standards, Eurocodes, relevant design guidance documentation and Building Regulations

Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with clients and external consultants

Proficient with carrying out structural surveys and reports.

You'll be familiar with the following software :
AutoCAD, Revit, Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer or similar packages.
