Associate Commissioning Owners Representative - Data Centres (Finland) – Arcadis

The role will be responsible for the Project Management of the Commissioning process from the project’s commencement to close out. Working with stakeholders, general contractors, commissioning agents, and design/engineering consultants, you will lead, coordinate, track, and drive all parties’ activities to deliver a well‑managed and successful conclusion to the commissioning process.

• Lead multiple projects of various sizes and at different stages.
• Support projects primarily in Finland, with significant international travel.

• Review design at key stages and comment on its suitability for commissioning.
• Attend design turnover meetings.
• Review commissioning clauses in specifications and support drafting.

• Review tender documents and trade packages to ensure scope supports commissioning.
• Review fee proposals and contractor tender returns for compliance with commissioning requirements.

• Attend quality kick‑off, daily startup, weekly commissioning, and quality meetings.
• Chair daily/weekly commissioning meetings and progress meetings.
• Attend coordination meetings (MEP, pull planning, first‑of‑kind, preparatory, design review).

• Generate commissioning dashboards and weekly reports.
• Provide commissioning progress data for monthly DC stat reports.
• Transfer lessons learned between site teams.

• In‑depth understanding of large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines.
• Experience on data centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably hyperscale builds.
• Ability to commit to significant international travel.
