Joining a busy, dynamic planning team on a hybrid basis from Leeds, you'll handle a diverse range of projects, from energy infrastructure (solar, battery, wind, hydrogen, hydrogen) to waste and mineral schemes. You'll work closely with Chartered Planners, Landscape Architects, and clients to deliver exciting, high-impact projects.
- Co‑ordinate and prepare planning applications and environmental impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Be involved in land promotion, detailed development management and project delivery
- Provide strategic and tactical planning advice to clients, undertake site appraisals and manage sub-consultants (at Senior levels)

Who You Are:
- RTPI qualified with a Degree/Masters in Planning (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience
- Experience in the energy, waste, minerals, or commercial sectors
- Knowledge of the planning system and environmental impact assessments
- Strong communication and client relationship‑building skills
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently
