We are looking for a senior Estimating Engineer with below requirements :

Experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems. Provide cost estimation assurance and review of EPC contractor’s cost and estimating deliverables. Evaluate cost bases, man-hour estimates, equipment pricing, and contingency assessments. Review contractor cost estimation methodologies for compliance with PMS and Client standards.

Support benchmarking and validation of cost data to ensure accuracy and consistency across project phases. Participate in risk analysis, cost forecasting, and CAPEX development. Review change orders and assess cost impact. Support PMS management in the preparation of independent cost estimates for validation and decision support.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Administration / Business or Equivalent closely related field. or Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in one or more areas of project cost estimation related expertise.

Eight (8) years of experience in Oil & Gas . Aramco project experience is a must.
