Job Description: Join , a fast-scaling fintech, as a Finance Analyst supporting the CFO across financial reporting, FP&A, and operations. This hands-on role offers broad exposure, allowing you to take ownership of core processes and contribute to strategic decision-making. You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial information and improving processes as the business grows.

Location: Leeds, UK

• Gain broad exposure across the entire finance function, working directly with the CFO in a hands-on capacity.

• Contribute directly to strategic decision-making, financial accuracy, and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting year-end audits.
• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, tracking key business KPIs.
• Streamline day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Possesses strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems like Xero or similar.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop within a rapidly scaling fintech environment.
