• Manage and prioritise operational requests from clients and colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Deal with client requests, consistently putting clients first to provide the best possible experience.
• Analyse current administrative processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
• Escalate issues, risks, and technology‑related problems appropriately and provide solutions.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Embrace change and implement new processes and technology.
• Address and resolve basic incidents and requests related to business support systems and queries.

• Positive client experience, empathy and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of business operations and systems/processes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work productively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholder management.
