Investment Operations Analyst – Maternity Cover (12 months)
Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Salary: £23,344 – £25,678
Schroders Personal Wealth aims to improve financial advice, making it more affordable, accessible and powerful. As an Investment Operations Analyst you will play a vital part in keeping our operations running seamlessly, supporting colleagues and clients, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritise operational requests from clients and colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Deal with client requests, consistently putting clients first to provide the best possible experience.
- Analyse current administrative processes and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
- Escalate issues, risks, and technology‑related problems appropriately and provide solutions.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Embrace change and implement new processes and technology.
- Address and resolve basic incidents and requests related to business support systems and queries.
- Positive client experience, empathy and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of business operations and systems/processes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work productively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholder management.
