A growing, internationally operating business is seeking a Finance Manager to support the continued development of its finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands‑on, business‑facing role focused on delivering high‑quality financial reporting, strengthening controls and supporting planning and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. There is scope for progression as the business and finance team evolve.

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and provide clear financial visibility.
• Improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Assist with year‑end accounts and liaise with external advisors.
• Oversee payroll processes.
• Provide financial insight to senior stakeholders.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Post‑qualification experience in a growing or dynamic environment.
• Strong financial reporting and attention to detail.
• Able to translate financial data into clear insight.
• Process‑driven and comfortable improving systems and controls.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
