We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our dynamic Group Finance team as a Senior Commercial Finance Accountant (Senior CFA) for our Middle East & Asia regions.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of key business groups, working closely with senior leadership and a broad range of stakeholders to drive performance and support growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic commercial financial management and influence major decisions.
• Build strong relationships across business groups and support teams to drive financial performance.
• Lead and own projects such as client profitability reviews, pricing, and finance process improvements.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
• Monitor and drive key financial targets, including billing, WIP, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.
• Play a key role in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with commercial finance experience.
• Proven ability to analyse and present financial information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute, influential, and comfortable working in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Service-oriented, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
