Regional Asset- Lending Origination Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead – Growth Finance to drive the origination, structuring, and execution of working capital lending solutions, including ABL and Invoice Finance, across a key regional footprint.

You will grow a dynamic loan portfolio, manage risk, and represent our clients Growth Finance offering both externally and internally. If you have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in SME finance, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

Region (Leeds / Newcastle / Glasgow / Edinburgh)

• Identify, structure, and execute working capital lending facilities, including ABL and Invoice Finance, ranging from £1m–£10m.
• Assess financials and collateral, prepare clear credit submissions, and highlight risks and mitigants.
• Build and manage a high-quality regional portfolio in line with lending and risk policies.
• Monitor performance and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain a network of professional introducers, including corporate finance advisors, debt specialists, and selected brokers.
• Represent Growth Finance externally to SMEs, promoting ABL, Invoice Finance, and working capital solutions effectively.
