The team have a strong profile within the business, built on regular relationship management which is a key strength for all members of our team and work in a collaborative way supporting the business, to ensure that we deliver an excellent service, whilst maintaining independence. This role will be on a fixed term basis for 12 months providing you the opportunity to work across the Society and broaden your skills as you work with many of our different business areas.

For this role we are looking for someone who can lead and deliver audits through the full lifecycle from planning to reporting, as well as providing coaching and support to other auditors in the team. Having great time management skills and being able to effectively prioritise multiple demands will be key to this role.
What will you bring to the role?- Breadth of experience in Internal Audit
- Advanced auditing skills across a variety of audit types, including use of data analytics
- Ability to lead individual audit assignments, and manage and prioritise own workload
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of working in a Financial Services setting (preferred)
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
- Annual bonus of up to 12%
